January Confidence Challenge // Build Your Confidence in 2023!
A couple years ago during a end of year reflection, I decided I wanted to challenge myself to taking really good care of myself. After years and years of making resolutions to change my body (i.e. become thinner) I finally decided I wanted to focus my efforts on loving myself really really well and seeing what happened. That year ended up being one of the most transformative years for me. The ripple effects of taking care of myself body, mind, and soul was incredible.
So this year, I decided to bring that goal to my community. Together, I hope we can all see the ripple effects of taking care of ourselves first.
How To Participate
It’s simple!
- Download the calendar below and follow along. You can print the calendar and put it on your fridge or desk or just keep the photo on your phone!
- Each day, participate in the challenge! If you can’t do the prompt that day, that’s okay, just do it another day. It is organized to do one prompt per day, but you can pick and choose which one you want to participate in.
- Cross off each day as you complete the prompt. Check in on @carlaekiley instagram stories and answer the poll so I know you completed the challenge! Optional but encouraged – share on your instagram stories or tiktok how you are participating and tag me @carlaekiley!
- At the end of the month, I’ll pick one person to win a box of selfcare goodies (all my favorites!)
