Jessica and Shawn’s Stone Manor Country Club wedding in Middletown, Maryland in September was one I won’t forget soon. This wedding was one I was looking forward to because it was another wedding I got to shoot with my photographer sister, Emily Belson! We love getting to work together, especially for such an awesome couple like Jessica and Shawn.
Jessica and Shawn met in the military. We actually first chatted with Jessica via Facetime when she was in Afghanistan planning her wedding (talk about long distance planning!) Jessica was a relaxed bride who was mostly just excited to get to call Shawn her husband. They were both so excited to spend the day with their family and friends. One of the most special moments of the day was their first look when Jessica excitedly put both hands on Shawn’s back. He turned around and couldn’t contain his excitement! It was truly such a special day full of friends, family, and lots of laughter.
